This was a great hotel. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Killeen/Harker Heights area. Polite and friendly staff, great breakfast options in a clean area, a practically brand new (at least looking) workout room with a lot of different options for exercise, comfortable beds, clean rooms, good water pressure in shower, etc.

The breakfast concierge was very pleasant and inviting. She kept the entire seating area and breakfast buffet clean. Everything was kept full and stocked. The food was kept hot. Great experience!

Breakfast had many choices. 2 flavors of waffle. Sausage was more like a hot dog but tasted ok. Eggs(?). Generally good. Shower was amazing. Nice size and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Water in the room was nice touch.

The front desk was amazing!! The property was clean, breakfast was delicious and out on time. Overall one of the best Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at.

At the beginning, we had a little trouble with our reservation, but the staff went far and beyond to fix it. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.
